Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Shaping Employee Experience: Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to create a positive and engaging work environment. Implement strategies to boost employee satisfaction, motivation, and productivity.
• Employee Growth and Development: Design and implement performance management and career development programs. Support managers in providing feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities for their team members.
• Recruitment (around 30% of your time): Lead the recruitment process, working closely with department managers to identify staffing needs, draft job descriptions, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions. Ensure the company attracts top talent to support its growth.
• HR Process Management: Establish and maintain efficient HR processes and policies that comply with legal regulations and align with the company’s objectives. Continuously review and improve these processes to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, mediating and resolving conflicts as needed. Promote a positive and respectful work environment.

Your Profile & Skills Required:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR management position, preferably in the IT/consulting sector. Demonstrated success in managing HR functions and implementing effective strategies.
• Good command of written and spoken Polish and English (B2/C1+).
• Experience in recruiting for various positions, preferably including IT.
• A forward-thinking and innovative approach to HR practices, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and employee experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment focusing on managing change effectively.
• A team player & can-do attitude with a results-driven approach is a must.
