User – means a natural person using the resources of the www.so-en.pl website in the scope provided for in these Regulations. Contact Form – an electronic form used to order a conversation with SOEN employees; in the form, the User provides their name, surname, telephone number, company name, and email address. Administrator – personal data administrator within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data, which is SOEN Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Pietrzykowice, ul. Przemysłowa 1, 55-080 Kąty Wrocławskie, registered in the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna IX Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS 0000991163, NIP 8961617355, REGON 52312387, share capital PLN 250,000 fully paid, authorized to manage the resources of the www.so-en.pl website.
III. INTERNET SAFETY RULES
Every User using Internet services should ensure the security of their computer. The computer should have antivirus software with an up-to-date virus definition database, a secure version of the internet browser, and an active firewall. Users should also regularly check whether the operating system has the latest updates installed. It is recommended to use tools in the internet browser that check whether the displayed website aims to obtain information fraudulently. Using anti-phishing filters significantly reduces the risk of data theft. It is important to use antivirus programs to protect computers from malicious software and a firewall (firewall) that controls the transmission of information to and from the Internet, preventing the transmission of confidential data. - The basic threats related to using Internet services include: spyware, computer viruses, and spam.
- Spyware is software that can be secretly installed on a user’s computer. This software intercepts information about the computer and the user, as well as other information used to take over services on the Internet (logins, passwords, etc.).
- A computer virus is software that spreads through files, requiring the presence of a file system or by directly writing to a selected data carrier, e.g., a hard drive or a USB drive. One of the most common ways to infect a computer with a virus is to download files from an untrusted source on the Internet.
- Spam is unwanted or unnecessary electronic messages sent simultaneously to many recipients.
V. DETERMINATION OF THE RULES FOR INDIVIDUAL USER ACCESS TO WEBSITE RESOURCES
- Access to www.so-en.pl resources is not dependent on the User fulfilling any formalities; in particular, access does not require the User to register in the system.
- Access to the website and the use of the Contact Form are free of charge. The only fees that the User may incur may relate to the cost of data transfer determined by the telecommunications operator whose services the User uses.
- SOEN recommends using the following browsers to use the Website: MS Internet Explorer from 5.0, Firefox from 1.0, Google Chrome.

VIII. RULES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
- The administrator of personal data collected through the www.so-en.pl website is SOEN Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Pietrzykowice, ul. Przemysłowa 1, 55-080 Kąty Wrocławskie.
- Personal data is processed for the purposes related to the functioning of the www.so-en.pl website, including answering inquiries submitted via the Contact Form.
- The legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest of the data administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is the proper functioning of the www.so-en.pl website.

- In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
